Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility depends on certificate processing status, payment confirmation, KYC progress, and whether the certificate or token order has already been initiated.

Cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible with the payment reference, applicant details, and DSC type selected.

A processing charge of 2% may be deducted from eligible online payment refunds.
